Atelier Ten are providing mechanical, electrical, public health and fire engineering services for the fit-out of Pinsent Masons’ new Glasgow headquarters at Aurora, 120 Bothwell Street. The international law firm is relocating over 300 lawyers and support staff into more than 31,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space across the first and fourth floors.
Aurora is one of Scotland’s most sustainable office developments, achieving Net Zero Carbon in operation and designed around biophilic principles. The building also provides a wide range of tenant amenities including a rooftop terrace, wellness areas, a fitness studio, auditorium and flexible collaboration spaces. The state-of-the-art fit-out will deliver a modern, adaptable workplace to support Pinsent Masons’ growth and enhance its presence in Glasgow’s international business district.
