Atelier Ten provided mechanical, electrical, public health and fire engineering services for the fit-out of Pinsent Masons’ new Glasgow headquarters at Aurora, 120 Bothwell Street. The international law firm relocated around 300 lawyers and support staff into more than 31,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space across the first and fourth floors.
Aurora is one of Scotland’s most sustainable office developments, achieving Net Zero Carbon in operation and incorporating biophilic design principles. The building provides a wide range of tenant amenities, including a rooftop terrace, wellness areas, a fitness studio, auditorium and flexible collaboration spaces. The completed fit-out delivered a modern, adaptable workplace that supports Pinsent Masons’ continued growth and strengthens its presence in Glasgow’s international business district.

Fire Safety: Delivered fire engineering solutions that ensured compliance and occupant safety while enabling open, flexible layouts suited to modern legal practice and collaborative working.
