The developers of the WELL building system wanted experts in lighting and daylighting to help them achieve LEED V4 Platinum and WELL Platinum for their new headquarters in NYC. Atelier Ten provided visually comfortable and tunable lighting that supports circadian health and all the WELL points associated with lighting and vision.
Envisioned as a nurturing and comfortable space this two floor office situated on the Highline in New York City has views to the river and abundant daylight. The space exemplifies the mission of Delos to transform indoor environments by placing health and wellness at the center of design, construction, facilities and operations
decisions.
Atelier Ten’s expertise in this emerging standard led the team in designing the visual environment to promote wellness and to incorporate all aspects of WELL features in the lighting approach.
An innovative lighting system allows all luminaires to be color-tuned by wavelength, offering almost infinite color control for both white light and saturate colors.
