The high rise multifamily residential tower was conceived to deliver premium residences while maximizing views, responding to zoning constraints, and strengthening connections to the neighborhood and waterfront.

Atelier Ten helped guide the project to meet its LEED certification goal and integrate sustainability through energy analysis and environmental design consulting. The project includes a green roof, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, automated blinds, and energy control systems. The curved glass façade is optimized to provide expansive views and daylight, while reducing energy use and maintaining occupant comfort.
