Join Atelier Ten’s Shanta Tucker on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a guided tour of the PENN DISTRICT, one of the most ambitious redevelopment efforts in New York City.
The tour will visit PENN 1, PENN 2, Plaza 33, Moynihan Train Hall, and the surrounding public realm improvements, illustrating how building reuse, mobility investments, and workplace transformation are contributing to a more resilient and efficient urban district. A highlight of the tour is Moynihan Train Hall, where the adaptive reuse of the historic Farley Building transformed a landmark postal facility into a world-class transportation hub, demonstrating how connectivity, historic preservation, and sustainability can be integrated at scale.
