The Fountainbridge project consists of the provision of 464 new residential flatted properties, split across 4 blocks.
The final scheme shall comprise a mix of Buy to Let and Affordable Housing units. These new homes shall be provided with an energy efficient electrical Exhaust Air Heat Pump which will provide mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), domestic hot water (DHW) and heating via radiators or underfloor.
Several retail/commercial units shall also be provided, and a large communal civic space adjacent to the canal for community use.
Atelier Ten are working closely with the architect and client team to provide a modern and attractive residential development, to provide energy efficient new homes and add to the local community through the provision of easily accessible civic space. The project has been submitted for planning and is currently being designed through stage 3.
