RIAS Award Winners 2021

Atelier Ten is delighted to announce that 4 of our projects have been named 2021 winners of the national architecture awards by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS).

  • Edinburgh Printmakers, Edinburgh with Park/Park Architects. This building is the only surviving structure from the Castle Mills industrial complex and is now a multi-use arts complex. Atelier Ten provided the fire engineering for this project.
  • The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice, Glasgow with Ryder Architecture. The hospice is a world class palliative care environment that looks and feels like home. Atelier Ten provided the building services, environmental and fire engineering for this project.
  • Bayes Centre, Edinburgh with Bennetts Assocaites. This is a building for research, business and learning, designed to enable collaboration between different users in the data industry, and a place to linger and exchange ideas. Atelier Ten provided the fire engineering for this project.
  • The Hill House Box, Helensburgh with Carmody Groarke. The Hill House Box provides an environment for the building to dry out from prolonged water damage, alongside visitor facilities allowing people to see its conservation at close quarters. Atelier Ten provided the fire engineering for this project.

Congratulations to all the other winners!
