Back to School for SCUP 2021

As universities and colleges prepare to return to in-person learning this Fall, education leaders from around the United States are gathering for the annual SCUP National Conference from July 12th – 16th, 2021. Atelier Ten is excited to listen to the experiences from the past year, and to share our lessons learned in higher education planning.

Join our Associate Director, Leanora Paniccia, as she speaks with Duke  University about going beyond LEED when developing their campus sustainability framework. The panel will provide a comprehensive sustainability framework for responsible development with a holistic view of the campus and community wellbeing. The session, “A New Plan for Building Green,” is on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 1:00 – 2:00 pm EST.

Then to close out the week, our Senior Environmental Designer, Sheena Zhang, will join Princeton University and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to explore Princeton University’s campus master plan. The session will discuss sustainability through the lens of carbon emissions, landscape design, energy, and water efficiency, from design through construction. The session, “Achieving a Sustainable Campus Master Plan through Integrative Design,” is on Friday, July 16th, 2021.
