Atelier Ten scoops four award wins at the 2025 BCO Scotland Awards

We’re delighted to share that Atelier Ten has been recognised with four awards at the 2025 British Council for Offices (BCO) Scotland Awards. These honours celebrate our role in shaping buildings that deliver high performance, support well-being, and drive sustainability.

JP Morgan Chase Technology Centre – Corporate Workplace
This state-of-the-art facility exemplifies JP Morgan Chase’s commitment to innovation and employee well-being. It is home to 2,700 staff and serves as one of JP Morgan’s major technology hubs, revitalising a key site that had been derelict for nearly two decades. Atelier Ten provided the building services engineering, environmental design, benchmarking, lighting design, and fire engineering solutions to deliver a smart, efficient, and future-ready workplace.

Aurora – Refurbished/Recycled and ESG Award
The transformation of the Aurora building at 120 Bothwell Street exemplifies Atelier Ten’s expertise in adaptive reuse, with comprehensive building services engineering, environmental design, benchmarking, and fire engineering solutions that enhanced functionality and promote user well-being. The project has also been recognised in the ESG category for its sustainable design and energy-efficient strategies. The development also boasts BREEAM Excellent, EPC A+, and WELL Gold pre-assessments, setting a new standard for modern office spaces in Glasgow.

Edinburgh Futures Institute – Innovation
The redevelopment of the Edinburgh Futures Institute into a hub for interdisciplinary research and innovation underscores our role in supporting cutting-edge educational environments. Atelier Ten provided strategic fire engineering advice, ensuring safety and flexibility in the building’s design.
