Tencent’s New Headquarters in Fast Company

In collaboration with NBBJ, Atelier Ten helped to integrate sustainable design strategies into the new headquarters for Tencent, China’s internet giant. To ensure optimal comfort for the 12,000 employees planned to work in the new towers, Atelier Ten provided shading and glass analysis for the modular curtain wall to minimize glare and heat gain. The new headquarters aims to be a world-renowned, high-performance building to support innovation and creativity in its staff members.

Atelier Ten San Francisco provided Environmental Design and Energy Analysis services to reduce energy use and carbon emissions. The team was led by Director, Claire Maxfield.
