New Faces in New Haven

Rebecca Mintz

Rebecca joins Atelier Ten’s Lighting Design practice as designer and project manager. Formerly with Gilmore Lighting Design in Bethesda, MD, she brings to the team a passion for sustainable design and experience with LEED projects. Her designs create a pleasing atmosphere while minimizing energy consumption. Rebecca holds an MFA in Lighting Design from Parsons The New School for Design and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.

Lynne Panagotopulos, CDT, LEED AP BD+C

Lynne brings a comprehensive knowledge of the construction process and building industry to the New Haven Environmental Design group as its newest designer. With an acute understanding of sustainability as a building design principle, she has successfully guided projects through the LEED certification process. Active in the industry, Lynne is a certified Construction Documents Technologist and currently serves as a Board Member and Vice Chair of the Connecticut Green Building Council.

Dan Koenig

Dan joins the New Haven Environmental Design practice as a Technical Staff member. A former energy manager for the New Haven Public School System, he brings to the team a technical background and experience with maximizing the efficiency of energy systems. Dan holds EMIT (Energy Manager In Training) certification and received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Catherine Leskowat

Catherine joins the Lighting Design practice as a Technical Staff member bringing her experiences collaborating with industry professionals while an intern for IBE Consulting Engineers and a proficiency in various software programs that support all aspects of the design process. Active in the lighting design industry throughout her academic career, Catherine holds an undergraduate degree in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma.

Martine E. Persico

Martine brings her experience and skills as a project assistant for the Connecticut Parent Information and Resource Center to Atelier Ten’s New Haven office as its new Marketing Coordinator. Focusing on client relationships and promotional materials, she will be the point of contact for new project opportunities. Martine holds an undergraduate degree in Communications Theatre Arts and Elementary Education from Western Connecticut State University.
