Radhna’s multidisciplinary background enables her to guide high-performance design across diverse typologies—from healthcare and cultural institutions to large-scale landscapes. Radhna’s work reflects a deep commitment to creating regenerative, resilient spaces that support both people and the planet. She has played a key role on notable projects including the Penn Medicine Radnor Ambulatory Care Center, the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park transformation, and the Vesterheim Museum, where she applied strategies such as biophilic design, healthy materials selection, and water management to improve both environmental and user outcomes.

Radhna’s expertise extends beyond projects into practice and industry leadership. As co-leader of Atelier Ten’s benchmarking practice, Radhna helps project teams set and exceed ambitious sustainability goals while navigating third-party certification frameworks. She serves on the U.S. Green Building Council Market Leadership Advisory Board and the WELL Materials Advisory Board, where she influences the evolution of sustainability and wellness standards and champions material transparency, indoor air quality, and occupant health in buildings worldwide.
