AIA Awards Yale University’s Morse and Ezra Stiles Colleges

The American Institute of Architects has honored Morse and Ezra Stiles Colleges at Yale University with an AIA 2013 Institute Honor Award, which was presented to 11 candidates from over 700 submissions worldwide, in recognition of works that “exemplify excellence in architecture, interior architecture and urban design”.

Morse and Stiles gained recognition for the 285,000-square-foot renovation and expansion project undertaken by the architectural firm KieranTimberlake.

Director Paul Stoller, Associate Director Shanta Tucker, and Environmental Designer Junko Nakagawa from Atelier Ten, worked with the design team to provide water conservation analysis, energy modeling and on-site renewable energy analysis, LEED administration, and daylight design analysis.
