New Artists’ Hub opens at Fountainbridge
This weekend we are delighted to announce the opening of Castle Mills, the new £11 million multi-purpose arts hub and new home of Edinburgh Printmakers.
Atelier Ten provided the fire engineering services for this Grade C listed former rubber factory transforming it into a world-class cultural facility. At 2194m2 is over double the size of Edinburgh Printmakers’ previous home. The new fully accessible and environmentally sound premises will bring together artists and audiences and offer a direct experience of art in the new galleries, learning spaces, printmaking workshop, creative studios, shop and café.
