We need leaders with tenacity to direct this transformation

Patrick’s article in the October CIBSE journal

In the run up to Patrick’s appearance at this year’s CIBSE Building Performance Conference and Exhibition, this month’s CIBSE journal contains an article by Patrick on his views of future cities. The article swings from a pristine utopian ideology to a dark, morbid dystopia: Patrick highlights key issues within society, its urban fabric and the lack of real leadership on the environment.
