College Gardens gets planning green light

Atelier Ten is proud to announce that College Gardens, a major new residential development near Glasgow’s Merchant City, has been approved for planning. The project will deliver over 1,500 homes across Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, and co-living spaces, all designed to encourage social interaction and community.
