As a lighting designer and project manager for Atelier Ten, Gus’s work focuses on delivering a high level of occupant visual comfort through the integration of daylight with low energy intensive electric lighting. His thoughtful approach to design, graphics and analysis results in appealing and efficient lighting systems.
Gus leads the New Haven lighting design production studio and is currently working on the NYU Langone Medical Kimmel Pavilion and the NYU New Science Building, as well as other projects in New York City, Boston, Hartford, and Perth.
Gus is an professional member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and a professional member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) of North America. He has his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from City College of New York.
