Celebrating Australia’s Spring Promotions

Congratulations to Jennifer Elias and Stewart Monti on their recent promotions to Associate Director. Both are recognised voices in sustainable design, bringing deep technical expertise and industry leadership across building performance, carbon, circular economy, masterplanning and regenerative design. Their work continues to strengthen Atelier Ten’s contribution to high-performing buildings and more resilient places in Australia and internationally.

Jennifer Elias – Associate Director
Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience improving building performance across Australia and the UK. Since joining Atelier Ten in 2023, Jen has led complex commercial and cultural projects, helping clients and design teams turn ambitious sustainability targets into measurable performance outcomes.

Jen is an active leader within CIBSE ANZ, serving as Vice Chair and NSW Chair. She is also a NABERS Energy for Offices Independent Design Review Panellist in Australia and the UK, and a Green Star Accredited Professional. Jen’s promotion recognises her contribution to stronger, measurable sustainability outcomes across the built environment.

Stewart Monti – Associate Director
With a background in architecture and research, Stewart works at the intersection of environmental design and urban development. At Atelier Ten, he advises public and private sector clients on major masterplanning projects, translating sustainability aspirations into practical frameworks and place-based outcomes. Stew also contributes to industry research and advisory forums on circular economy and nature-inclusive development. His promotion recognises his leadership in helping clients navigate planning and policy constraints, and in translating regenerative design and resilience into strategies that respond to each project’s unique context.
