Marketing Assistant, USA

Atelier Ten is looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our US Marketing team either in the New York or San Francisco office. We’re an international environmental design consultancy creating high-performance, sustainable, award-winning buildings that give back to the wider environment, don’t waste resources, and make people feel good. The Marketing Assistant will work with both technical and marketing professionals supporting activities focused on winning new work and client engagement.

The Marketing Assistant will assist in the preparation of materials including qualifications, proposals, and requests for information. You will contribute to the update and maintenance of the firm-wide client relationship management system, and other databases, collaborate with the national marketing team on marketing initiatives and website content. The range of responsibilities and opportunities for this position is limited only by the drive of the successful candidate themselves.

We’re looking for a candidate that is detail-oriented, organized, have excellent verbal/written skills, has strong planning skills, takes direction well, and communicates effectively while meeting deadlines.

Qualified candidates ideally possess:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive demeanor, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with CRM Systems
• Experience within architecture, engineering, or construction industry
