Australia Spring Promotions 2025
Congratulations to Neha and Naomi on their recent promotions. Both bring a deep commitment to sustainable design and have contributed to some of our most ambitious projects in Australia and internationally. Read on to learn how they are solving complex challenges, driving positive change, and shaping the future of sustainable design.
Neha Yadav (GSAP, M.Arch Sci, B.Arch), Senior Environmental Designer
I’ve always believed that smart, integrated planning can unlock better building performance and enduring sustainability outcomes. With a background in architecture, I enjoy collaborating with clients to translate façade and comfort systems into high-performing buildings. My experience spans from individual developments to city-scale masterplans, and since joining Atelier Ten two years ago, I’ve contributed to a diverse portfolio of projects across Australia and the Middle East. One of the most rewarding projects has been the Port Kembla Masterplan, a major industrial regeneration initiative where we’ve explored opportunities to embed circular economy principles within a broader decarbonisation strategy.
Naomi Foster (MEng, WELL AP), Environmental Designer
I’ve always aimed to apply my skills in ways that create lasting, positive outcomes. With a background in engineering and sustainability consulting across Europe and the Asia-Pacific, I’ve worked across a wide spectrum of services; from due diligence and lifecycle carbon analysis to certification frameworks including NABERS, WELL, and BREEAM. Since joining Atelier Ten, I’ve contributed to projects such as Atlassian Tower and Brookhollow Place in Sydney, where we’ve embedded wellbeing and carbon performance into the design process. I’ve also had the chance to contribute internationally – one of the most rewarding experiences was helping to shape a city-scale Net Zero strategy for a major development in the Middle East.
