1155 Avenue of the Americas

1155 Avenue of the Americas has been officially certified as the first LEED v4 project in New York City for any rating level and for all project types. The exciting news continues as it also is the first LEED v4 Silver-rated project in New York State for all project types.

Atelier Ten worked closely with The Durst Organization and the rest of the design team on the 11th floor renovation of The Durst Organization office space. The project encompasses 5,660 square feet of office fit-out, including the Durst suite, elevator lobby, and common corridors.

Atelier Ten’s team includes Associate Director Shanta Tucker and Senior Environmental Designer Craig Graber from the New York office.
