Atelier Ten London is pleased to announce promotions

Chris Grubb, Senior Associate Director

Chris Grubb is responsible for public health services and water conservation design and advice for both UK and international Atelier Ten offices and manages the Public Health and Multi-Disciplined Design Teams. Chris has extensive experience in all aspects of water conservation and solar water heating systems, as well as water treatment systems, swimming pool design and fire protection services. Responsible for internal Quality Management Systems, his projects at Atelier Ten include several large comprehensive school projects,housing regeneration schemes, major cultural complexes, offices,museums and private residences currently underway across the UK, Middle East, Far East and USA.

Christopher Mortensen, Associate Director

Christopher is a Professional Engineer dedicated to low-energy building design. His work has ranged from a net zero educational research centre to the first LEED Platinum health facility in the United States. At Atelier Ten, Christopher continues to persue building systems design with an eye towards low-energy and sustainability.

Jonathan Gittins, Associate Director, Lighting Design

Jonathan has over 13 years experience in building services engineering with a specialism in Lighting Design. He has a Masters Degree in Lighting from the Bartlett School of Architecture and was awarded a Lighting Design award in 2005 for his innovative LED project ‘The Garden of Light’.

Whui Ng, Associate Director

Whui joined Atelier Ten in 2011 and he now has nine years post-PhD experience as an electrical engineer involved in the design and management of electrical engineering services. He is a diligent individual able to take a complex brief, interpret it and to deliver very practical solutions. He has successfully delivered major projects in the commercial, education, court buildings and residential sectors.

Ed Cremin, Environmental Designer

Ed studied for a BSc in Environmental Sciences at Southampton University. After working with a series of Charities and NGOs in the UK and abroad, Ed Joined Atelier Ten in 2011 and is currently an Environmental Designer. Ed works primarily in Benchmarking and is a qualified LEED AP and BREEAM Assessor with experience in delivering UK and international projects.
