• Development of the environmental project goals and benchmarks
• Design consulting for architectural and systems environmental concept
• Predictive computer modeling of daylight, energy, and thermal comfort to quantify environmental implications of design options
• Production of concept drawings, system narratives, outline specifications, and technical reports to effectively communicate environmental design options
• Establishing relationships with clients to help them make decisions based on considerations of building performance and systems operation
• Partnering with the MEP engineering consultants to implement the environmental design concept and achieve project sustainability goals
• Documenting environmental performance using the LEED certification process
