Incentives and Funding

We help our clients determine eligibility for energy and sustainability incentive programmes, assist throughout the application process, and provide design and technical guidance.

Many government agencies and utility companies offer financial incentives for sustainable buildings, including funding for technical support, tax rebates, and funding for sustainable technology purchases. Atelier Ten provides energy efficiency studies, whole-building energy analysis, and assistance in navigating the application process to help project teams and building owners maximise funding.

Atelier Ten has experience in a wide range of incentive programs, across the United States, including:

New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA):
Atelier Ten is an experienced Technical Assistance (TA) provider for the New Construction Program (NCP). We help owners and design teams determine their eligibility for NYSERDA funding, guide them through the application process, and provide energy analysis services to improve building performance. To date, Atelier Ten has provided TA support and NYSERDA energy modeling services to over 4 million gross square feet of construction.
