Chad Groshart On Lighting and WELL at Delos

Chad Groshart, Atelier Ten’s Lighting Design Practice Leader, a WELL Accredited Professional, and WELL Faculty member, provided daylighting and lighting design on one of the first office spaces in the world to be WELL, LEED and Living Building Challenge Certified for Delos.

Delos, the firm that pioneered the WELL Building Standard™, will open its doors on Wednesday, January 24 for a tour and talk featuring Chad Groshart. Chad is an early industry resource to the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) providing peer reviews, industry outreach, and achieving WELL accreditation with the first cohort to be certified. The discussion, hosted by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLF) will focus on the WELL standard, its application to lighting, and the specifics of the lighting and controls implemented within the Delos headquarters.

Chad will be joined by Atelier Ten lighting designer Caitlin Toczko and Janna Wandzilak, Director of Delos Solutions.
