Atelier Ten New Hires

Atelier Ten is pleased to welcome the following new members to the New York and New Haven offices.

Josef Abboud, Environmental Designer (New York)
Josef brings a combined background in architectural design and building energy analysis to Atelier Ten’s Environmental Design and Energy Analysis practices. Prior to joining the New York office, he had experience in building energy consulting and competed in design challenges emphasizing the benefits of a combined design and analysis approach. Josef holds a B.S. in Architecture and an M.S. in High Performance Building from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Hyunah Hailey Kim, Bookkeeper (New York)
As a member of Atelier Ten’s finance team, Hailey brings 5 years of accounting experience to her financial role. As a Bookkeeper, she oversees the US operations’ general accounting functions and works closely with the Finance Leader to ensure that the company financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies. Prior to joining Atelier Ten, Hailey worked as an accountant and credit analyst at various commercial banks. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Anusheh Mahmood, Accounting Coordinator (New York)
Anusheh joins Atelier Ten’s finance team as Accounting Coordinator administrating the US operations’ project finance processes. A recent business graduate, she brings to the team her accounting and business acumen that supports the development and implementation of new project management controls. Anusheh holds a B.B.A. from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Charlene Mendez, Environmental Designer (New Haven)
Trained in both architecture and building technology, Charlene has particular interest and experience in bioclimatic analysis in the design build environment. As a member of the Environmental Design practice, she brings to the team her experience in environmental design consulting, daylighting analysis, energy analysis, and LEED benchmarking. Charlene holds an M.Arch and a M.S. in Built Environment from Arizona State University and received a B.A. in Environmental Studies & Architecture History from University of California.

David Rundio, Technical Staff (New Haven)
David joins Atelier Ten’s Environmental Design practice in the New Haven office with a background in architectural and civil engineering. He brings to the team his hands-on experience and deep knowledge in construction project coordination. As Technical Staff, he provides technical support and analysis on a number of high-performance building projects and masterplans. David holds a M.S. in Architectural Engineering from Purdue University and received a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Caitlin Toczko, Technical Staff (New Haven)
Caitlin joins Atelier Ten’s Lighting Design practice as Technical Staff. Her proficiency in various software programs, coupled with her experience in collaborating with different project team members, supports the lighting design team in all aspects of the design process. Caitlin holds a M.S. in Architectural Sciences and a B.Arch from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Neima Ullah, IT Support Specialist (New York)
As Atelier Ten’s IT Support Specialist, Neima works closely with the IT Manager to ensure smooth operations of the company’s IT infrastructure across three US offices. His past experiences in IT consulting and computer services enable him to be an experienced trainer in providing assistance and technical support to internal staff. Neima holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
