SENIOR ASSOCIATE / DIRECTOR: Mechanical Engineering

Atelier Ten is looking to recruit a Senior Associate/Director: we seek an articulate, intelligent individual who has a strong background in both mechanical building services engineering and sustainable design. The successful candidate will develop and drive a robust and highly-structured environmental building services engineering team critical to delivering successful and profitable projects. As a member of the senior management team, we seek someone who can think beyond their own discipline and has a natural tendency to contribute to collaborative problem solving in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The ability to lead, inspire and motivate is essential, as is the capability to facilitate real change. You will have the technical knowledge to understand and challenge the engineering issues and allocate resources accordingly, combined with a strong commercial approach and the political savvy to deliver meaningful client relationships.
